粵港澳大灣區高校在線開放課程聯盟理事長/暨南大學副校長 張榮華教授

In the context of epidemic prevention and control, the development of massive online teaching has had a profound impact on the concept, paradigm and practice of higher education. In the post-epidemic era, colleges and universities should take educational informatization as the endogenous force for the systemic reform of higher education, and strengthen the construction in environment construction, resource construction, model innovation, ability cultivation, organization and management mechanism, etc., to build a new ecology of higher education.

疫情防控背景下,大規模在線教學的開展對高等教育的理念、範式和實踐都產生了深遠影響。後疫情時代,高校應將教育信息化作為高等教育系統性變革的內生力量,在環境建設、資源建設、模式創新、能力培養、組織機構、管理機制等多方面加強建設,構建高等教育的新生態。

Zhang Ronghua is Doctor of Medicine, Chief Physician along with the title of 2nd Class Full Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, Postdoctoral co-supervisor, Vice-Chancellor of Jinan University, Leading Medical Talents in Guangdong Province, and chief scientist of National Key Research and Development Program. He is also a member of the Guidance Committee for Professional Setting and Teaching of Higher Education Ministry of Education, a member of the Teaching Steering Committee of Chinese Medicine Specialty for Higher Education Ministry of Education, Deputy Director of the Executive Committee of the National University Online Open Courses Alliance Joint Committee, President of University Open Online Courses Alliance of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, Vice President of Chinese Physician Branch of Chinese Medical Doctor Association, and Vice Chairman of Traditional Chinese Medicine Working Committee of General Hospital of World Federation of Chinese Medicine.
His current research areas are Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, Higher Education Management. He has presided over 1 National Key Research and Development Program, 5 general programs of the National Natural Science Foundation, and more than 10 key programs of Natural Science Foundation of Guangdong Province; published more than 190 academic papers in authoritative journals in the Chinese Medicine field; participated in the compilation and publication of 6 monographs; won 9 awards above the provincial and ministerial level; cultivated more than 90 postdoctoral, doctoral and master students.

張榮華,醫學博士、二級教授、主任醫師、博士生導師、博士後合作導師、暨南大學副校長、廣東省醫學領軍人才、國家重點研發計劃首席科學家。學術兼職:教育部高等學校專業設置與教學指導委員會委員、教育部高等學校中藥學專業教學指導委員會委員、全國高校在線開放課程聯盟聯席會執委會副主任、粵港澳大灣區高校在線開放課程聯盟理事長、中國醫師協會中醫師分會副會長、世界中醫藥聯合會綜合醫院中醫工作委員會副會長。

主要研究方向:中西醫結合醫學、高等教育管理。主持國家重點研發計劃1項、國家自然科學基金項目面上項目5項、廣東省自然科學基金重點項目等10餘項;在本領域權威期刊等雜志發表學術論文190餘篇;參與編寫出版專著6部;獲省部級以上獎項9項。培養博士後、博士生、碩士生90餘名。

香港中文大學副校長 潘偉賢教授

Higher education institutions across the globe have displayed strong commitment to face the challenges and overcome the hurdles brought about by COVID-19. At CUHK, building on the solid foundation already laid in the development of flipped-classroom, micro-modules, and MOOCs in the past ten years, numerous teaching development projects have been designed and launched during the difficult year 2020, and various innovative and remarkable teaching and assessment approaches have been initiated. The University has successfully conducted real-time synchronous online teaching during which both teachers and students have generated new ideas and gained insights on how technology can be used to enhance teaching and learning. The University reflected on its experience and formulated its Strategic Plan for 2021-25, and a number of strategies and action items will be implemented to make effective use of technology to ensure that education in the New Normal will remain robust and adaptive, and education quality and student learning experience will be continuously enhanced.

自新冠肺炎疫情爆發,全球各地高校表現出堅定決心,應對並克服各種困難。香港中文大學在過去十年致力推動翻轉教室、微型學習模組和MOOC的開發,已經建立了堅實的教與學科技基礎。在艱難的2020年,大學建基於其基礎,設計並啟動了許多教學發展專案,實行多項創新及出色的教學和評估方法。大學成功實施了在綫實時同步授課,而老師和學生對於如何運用科技來增強教學效果都產生了新的想法及見解。香港中文大學反思過去經驗,制定了《 2021-25年策略計劃》。計劃中有一系列策略和行動方案實踐以有效善用資訊科技,確保在新常態下的教育持續精進和保持適應性,進一步提升教與學質素及學生學習經驗。

Professor Poon Wai-Yin Isabella obtained the BSc in Mathematics and MPhil in Statistics from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and Ph.D in Biostatistics from the University of California at Los Angeles. Professor Poon is at present a Professor at the Statistics Department of The Chinese University of Hong Kong and the Pro-Vice Chancellor/ Vice President of the University, responsible for education. Professor POON’s research interests focus on structural equation modeling, influence analysis, categorical data, ranking data, data with misclassification as well as applications of statistical methods in psychology, educational psychology and behavioral sciences. Professor Poon has passionate interests in enhancing teaching and learning. She has designed and led the implementation of many large-scale teaching-related projects and institutional researches that support the development as well as quality enhancement of teaching and learning in higher education. Professor Poon was one of the two professors in the higher education sector of Hong Kong who were conferred the Award for Teaching Excellence launched by The University Grants Committee of Hong Kong in the inaugural year 2011. She is also the founding chair of the Hong Kong Teaching Excellence Alliance.

潘偉賢教授於香港中文大學獲得數學學士與統計哲學碩士學位,之後於加利福尼亞大學洛杉磯分校獲得生物統計學博士學位。目前潘教授在香港中文大學統計系任教,並兼任中文大學副校長,專責教育方面的工作。潘教授從事多方面研究,其專長包括結構方程模型、影響分析、排名資料、分類資料、錯誤分類資料,和統計方法在心理學和教育心理學中的應用等等。潘教授一直致力於提高高等教育的教與學質素,積極推動各種教與學的理念及政策,設計並帶領多個與教學相關的大型項目。香港高等教育界於2011年開始由大學教育資助委員會頒授“教資會傑出教育獎”,而潘教授是創辦年兩位得獎教授之一。她亦是香港高等教育卓越教學聯盟的創會主席。

The raging coronavirus pandemic has made the digital transformation of higher education an imperative rather than an option. In the past year or so, XuetangX was tasked to coordinate online teaching for 1,381 universities in Mainland China, including Tsinghua University. Both the team and the platform have withstood this huge test and won wide acclaim from home and abroad. A series of original technological innovations such as Rain Classroom, Laboratory of Electronics Intelligence, Rain Classroom Clone Class, and Black Broadcast have brought unprecedented changes to teaching and learning in the epidemic and post-epidemic era, and there are lessons for online educators behind these application and practices.

新冠疫情的肆虐讓以在線教育為代表的高等教育數字化轉型從“錦上添花”走入“勢在必行”,在過去的一年多時間里,學堂在線肩負起包括清華大學在內的中國1381所高校的在線教學工作,平台和團隊經受了巨大考驗,並贏得了來自海內外的廣泛讚譽。雨課堂、雷實驗、克隆班、光感應黑板等一系列原創技術革新讓疫情與後疫情時代的教學发生了前所未有的變化,這些實踐的背後也有更多關於在線教育創新的新思考。

Shuaiguo Wang is the President of XuetangX, an online learning platform founded by Tsinghua University. Prior to joining XuetangX, He was responsible for the research of online education in Tsinghua. His MOOC was awarded the National MOOC of China, with over 80,000 enrollments. In 2015, he founded Rain Classroom, which is the most active teaching tools for higher education in China. Shuaiguo holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in Computer Science from Tsinghua University.

王帥國先生現任學堂在線總裁,於2013年參與學堂在線平台的創辦工作,負責清華大學在線課程建設和相關研究工作。自清華大學畢業留校任教以來,主講慕課獲評首批國家精品在線開放課程,有超過8萬學習者選修。2015年在教育部在線教育研究中心支持下,聯合清華大學在線教育辦公室和學堂在線發起智慧教學工具“雨課堂”,並擔任項目負責人,雨課堂已成為國內最為活躍的高等教育教學創新平台。王帥國先生擁有清華大學計算機軟件專業工學學士學位和計算機科學與技術專業工學碩士學位。

Online teaching was supposed to be an auxiliary method of university teaching, but in the special period of the covid-19 outbreak, online teaching has become the main teaching method of colleges and universities for the moment. It is imperative that universities and colleges train teachers in conducting online education within a short period of time, ensure the success of online teaching under unprecedented pressures and challenges, enable online teaching to play the role of conventional teaching, plan for the seamless transition from online teaching to conventional teaching after the end of the pandemic, and foster the sustainable development of online teaching.

在突發疫情的特殊時期,在線教學成為各高校在一定時期內的主要教學方式。如何在短時間內培訓教師開展在線教學,如何在前所未有的壓力和挑戰下實現在線教學的平穩運行,如何使在線教學發揮常規教學的作用,如何研究在線教學對師生教與學的影響,如何規劃在線教學和疫情結束之後常規教學的無縫銜接,如何實現未來在線教學的可持續發展?結合北京大學的在線教學實踐,從教師教學發展中心的視角來闡釋如何迅速解決面臨的難題、聯系實際工作開展研究、面向未來思考在線教學的可持續發展。

Prof. Sun Hua is the Director of Center for Excellent Teaching and Learning of Peking University, and the Director of China Center for Edgar Snow Studies.

Prof. Sun Hua has developed his research in Pedagogy and Cross-Culture communication. His previous experience includes the Chief Editor of Peking University TV Station for 6 years, the Student Affairs Administrator in School of Journalism and Communication of PKU for 10 years, the Deputy Director in Office of Planning and Policy Research of PKU for 2 years, the Deputy Director in Office of Education Administration of PKU for 5 years, Executive Dean of Yuanpei College of Peking University for 5 years.

On the basis of effective training of new teachers and teaching assistants, the Center for Excellent Teaching and Learning was established in 2015 to construct an overall system for improving and developing the teaching ability of faculty in PKU. The center sets up a supportive service platform for teaching environment and resources construction, exploring a mechanism that promotes teaching reform and innovations through academic research.

孫華,教授、博士、北京大學教師教學發展中心主任、中國埃德加•斯諾研究中心主任。曾任北京大學廣播電視台主編、北京大學新聞與傳播學院黨委副書記、北京大學教務部副部長、北京大學發展規劃部副部長、北京大學元培學院黨委書記。

孫華教授的研究領域包括高等教育管理和跨文化傳播,曾獲北京大學教學成果一等獎,首都大學生思想政治教育優秀科研成果獎論文類一等獎,是首批國家級一流本科課程(首批國家級精品在線開放課程)課程團隊負責人。在《中國大學教學》、《教育學術月刊》、《思想教育研究》、《出版發行研究》、《北京大學學報》等核心期刊發表多篇論文,編輯出版了《埃德加•斯諾研究》、《燕園建築》等專著,主編了北大元培人叢書、斯諾研究叢書、國際人士看中國叢書、教學的魅力系列叢書。
